I have spent most of my life working in education and ministering to young people. I have led Sunday School classes, led children's choirs, writing and directing youth dramas, organized puppet ministries and more! I worked for Buncombe County Schools for 36 years in various positions including an instructional assistant, Odyssey of the Mind and Destination Imagination Coach, National History Day Teacher, and STEM Teacher. In my retirement, I have returned to Fairview Elementary as an after-school volunteer and lead the "Good News Bible Club" and now work part time as the STEM Teacher here at ToFA.
